Most orders within Cairo, Egypt arrive within 2 to 4 business days from our warehouse. Delivery to other parts of Egypt may take a bit longer depending on the area.

If an item arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll work out a return or exchange. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.

We accept cash on delivery for Cairo and most of Egypt, as well as major debit and credit cards through our secure checkout at the time of order.

Please send us a photo of the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery through our contact form, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund depending on what works best for you.
